With millions of views and countless enquiries, all eyes were suddenly on Titaura. That response inspired us to turn the nostalgia into something real.
We travelled to Nepal, explored the Northeast, spent months researching, experimenting and perfecting our recipe until we finally landed on the one that just felt right.
And this is only the beginning.
At Twaka Co, our aim is to bring more underrated Nepali flavours to the mainstream and share a little piece of Nepal with the world.
